Ben Lomond on a perfect winters day. We kayaked in overLoch Lomond and ascended pathless , roug, boggy terrain to reach Ben Lomonds Northern Shoulder. From here we headed into the quiet northern corrie and ascended high up onto The Ptarmigan Ridge. Never saw a sould until near the summit and eventually joined about thirty others on the summit.
