this movie shows AR1164 on 5 Mar 2011. it was captured at 1 minute intervals from 1738-1849 UT. i used a solarmax 90 hydrogen alpha filter, a tak 102 refractor, and a dmkccd. the active region filaments exhibit quite a bit of motion, and running penumbral waves can be seen in the umbra/penumbra
