ШОКОЛАДНОЕ СУФЛЕ - CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE

Mix the wáter albumina powder with a whisk until dissolved. add the sugar whip in the Kitchen Aid until get a meringue. In the meantime,heat the milk and the cocoa powder until boiled. Mix this mixture with melted chocolate. Add the egg yolk and then the flour. Fold the meringue into this mixture. Grease the soufflé mold with melted butter and cocoa powder. Pour the Soufflé mixture into the mold. Bake 7 minutes at 200ºC.
