Donald Trump’s Latest Sales Scheme: $60 Bibles

All those legal fees are apparently really making Donald Trump’s pockets hurt because his latest commercial venture, after selling sneakers and cologne, is as a Bible salesman. Trump posted a video to social media on March 26, urging his supporters to buy his ‘God Bless the USA Bible’ for $ (even though you can get a Bible for free at most churches). The book is made in partnership with country singer Lee Greenwood and is named after Greenwood’s patriotic song, ‘God Bless the USA,’ which has been featured at many Trump rallies. In addition to a King James Version of the Bible, the ‘God Bless the USA Bible’ also includes a U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, Pledge of Allegiance, and the handwritten chorus to Greenwood’s song. Trump’s effort to sell this $ book comes in the face of costly legal bills as he fights 4 criminal indictments and numerous civil charges.
