You start by bringing your shoulder forward with your palm facing out. At the same time your foot is moving forward. 2. Then open up your second arm and move your shoulder in the opposite direction. 3. In the third motion you stretch your arm behind your head as far back as your possibly can. Do this with your elbow bent.  4. Then bring your other arm back in the same motion and grab the elbow of the opposite arm.  5. Continue the move by placing one hand on your waist followed by your hand on the opposite side.  6. Put your hands on your waist and then bring them to the front of your waist.
