Welp, the anime has now “entered the second movie“, so to speak, and NOW things will get tricky. Arslan I adapted the novel pretty faithfully for the most part (maybe making some of the battles less ludicrous), but Arslan II on are much looser adaptations. As such, choosing which scenes to compare is a little hard, but, here we go.
