Manila’s beloved ’dancing Santa’ traffic cop, Ramiro Hinojas, is back, bringing joy to drivers at a busy intersection! The 58-year-old, dressed in his festive suit and white beard, combines hand signals with his signature dance moves. ‘I do this to bring smiles and ease the boredom of folks stuck in heavy traffic,’ Hinojas shares.
