BIG Modern Family House | No CC | Sims 4 Stop Motion Build & Interior

In the video “BIG Modern Family House | Very modern & realistic looking | No CC | Stop Motion Build | The Sims 4“, I show you the house building process and the interior decoration of my “Big Modern Family House“. For this house I used as always No Mods and No CC’s. Exterior: The exterior of this house is very close to nature and yet modern. I have oriented myself again to the style of a modern farmhouse for this house. Additionally you will find a modern pool outside with an outdoor shower and a comfortable sitting area with view on the pool. Behind it there is a small natural pond with a waterfall, a sitting area and a barbecue area. Interior: There are 5 bedrooms included. One master bedroom, two teenage bedrooms, one toddler bedroom and a separate guest room with a own bathroom. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, the living room and the dining room have been designed according to an open living concept and include a very large additional gallery
