RUSH Cut To The Chase

Cut to the Chase from the Rush “Counterparts“ album. The band shifted away from synthesizer influenced music and back to their earlier heavy sound on this album. Neil Peart, the band’s lyricist, continued his consistent theme of no surrender on this track. While there really isn’t anything from Rush that I dislike, I can honestly say that this song, sound and album are among some of my personal favorites from the band. Enjoy !!
