Nicholas Greenwood - Cold Cuts 1972 (UK, Progressive Rock , Canterbury Scene)
The only solo album, the guitarist and singer Nicholas Greenwod, released in 1972 on the tiny label “Kingdom“ in “stunning“ cover. Nicholas Greenwood first became known as a member of “The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown“, played with Vincent Crane (“Atomic Rooster“) and Carl Palmer (ELP) and stayed with Arthur Brown to mid-70s. Later he joined the “Khan“, where he worked with Steve Hillage and Dave Stewart. After the collapse of the group Greenwood, along with several other musicians (including the participants of “Mothers Of Invention“, “Kingdom Come“ and “Les Fleur De Lys“) recorded the album “Cold Cuts“. A very powerful work and amazing music.
