We tend to hang on to that which brings us immediate comfort, even if it might be detrimental to our overall well-being. Unsettled explores physically, a reflection of this emotional state of needing to go back to familiarity, and how we respond to uninvited change in our lives. Irrespective of whether the change is good or bad, there is a discomfort that we experience.
