The main course we went on was called the Yoga Vacation, which runs from 1st and 16th of every month at Sivananda Ashram. But they also do yoga teacher training courses and ayurveda courses. We couldnt recommend enough, but its tough! Our overall plan in India is to travel via rickshaw/tuk tuk from the South to North (if it’s possible?)
