A drone that crashed outside of Moscow earlier this week was meant to take out Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to a new report. German newspaper Bild claimed that the Ukrainian secret service launched a UJ-22 drone loaded with C4 explosives on April 23. The drone was allegedly intended to target the Rudnevo Industrial Park, where Putin was expected to visit. However, the kamikaze drone exploded about 12 miles away, on the outskirts of Voroskogo.
