I was extremely glad to see that the city of Helen, GA decided to have SoWo back for it’s 8th year. SoWo has really become one of the premiere events in the US and it would be a shame to see it destroyed by careless and immature people. I want to thank the Helen Police department for keeping things under control, but at the same time letting some fun to remain.
