After limping past 1 million views, the muted trailer is starting from scratch again here with its missing sound. The mobile app itself is also enjoying a new lease of life in widescreen for modern phones and a slightly faster frame rate by default: The original PC game was derided in 2008, but the “2D Coming“ fulfilled its potential as a mobile app 10 years later - which is now closing in on 5 million downloads to become the most effective game of its kind ever made and the most highly rated game on my books.
