Carpal tunnel syndrome is an overuse injury of wrist, that causes irritation and inflammation of the soft tissues around the carpal tunnel. This leads to compression of the median nerve.
When the median nerve gets compressed (aka pinched) it may lead to numbness, tingling, and pain into the palm, thumb, and fingers.
To fix this, we’re going to focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles and tendons around the carpal tunnel. Make sure to go through all parts (and exercises) to get the best results!
