Los Angeles: I’ve dubbed them the “Mom and Pop Burglars” because they always hit small family-owned businesses. And this morning they struck again in Moorpark, burglarizing three restaurants; leaving behind a trail of broken glass and frustrated business owners. Pho 100 and Sushi Planet in Moorpark were also burglarized around 3am this morning. Police believe the three businesses were scoped out earlier and targeted by the burglary crew.
