You Can Play as The Bad Guys Too!? (OpenBOR TMNT: Rescue Palooza)

In this OpenBOR game you play as the turtles trying to rescue EVERYBODY, after you do so, you can play as them. This keeps the gameplay pretty fresh with all the new characters to try out. I thought it was pretty fun, I only intended on checking out a few stages and ended up doing 7 of them!
