Titles read: “CINEVIEWS IN BRIEF“. Various locations of events. Several shots of a woman learning to ride a motorbike on a turntable. She rides around in circles in an enclosure while a small group of people watch. She is wearing a very tight skirt and a saucy beret with an anchor motif on it. (Location of events unknown.) On the River Danube, we see a floating mill in action, where the wheel is driven by the river’s current and the power is conveyed by cables to the ’proper’ mill on the riverbank. In Huizen in Holland we see huge radio masts on massive wheels. Commentator tells us that the mast-tops revolve so that experiments with beam transmission can be tried in any direction.
