On the River Danube, we see a floating mill in action, where the wheel is driven by the river’s current and the power is conveyed by cables to the ’proper’ mill on the riverbank. In Huizen in Holland we see huge radio masts on massive wheels. Commentator tells us that the mast-tops revolve so that experiments with beam transmission can be tried in any direction.
