In this video I expand on the shadow part of my previous Squid House tutorial, feel free to check it out as well for some more context! I go through the process of setting up lighting and shadows in Blender, rendering out your Shadow Pass as PNG and EXR, importing it into Photoshop, lining it up with your drawing and two different methods of using the Shadow Pass for your concept or illustration. This workflow is meant to be used together with a 3D blockin as a base for your drawing.
