1. Raw material preparation
The production of steel pipes begins with the selection of high-quality raw materials. 2. Steel pipe forming

3. Welding process
The steel pipe after forming also needs to be welded. We use advanced high-frequency welding technology to weld the seams of the steel pipe together. After welding, the steel pipe is cooled and shaped to ensure its stability in subsequent processes.
4. Heat treatment and straightening
After welding, the steel pipe needs to be heat treated. Next is the straightening process, in which the bending and deformation parts of the steel pipe are corrected by a straightener to ensure the straightness and roundness of the steel pipe.
5. Inspection and testing

Each steel pipe undergoes a number of inspections and tests, including dimensional measurement, ultrasonic flaw detection, eddy current detection, and pressure testing. 6. Surface treatment

Common surface treatment processes include galvanizing, painting, and coating. 7. Finished product packaging and delivery
