Police in riot gear and protests in San Francisco during APEC

During the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco, there were a number of protests. See the police response with officers in riot gear and a handful of cars. These protests consisted of a ’Free Tibet’, ’Free Palestine’ and a mixed protest about a variety of issues in the Philippines. Noted in this video for the police car enthusiasts is a Sentinel Rescue Vehicle with the San Mateo Police Department’s SWAT, and a Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with the San Francisco Police Department. As well as many Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles (Ford Explorers). Most protests were peaceful and passed without incident or arrests.
