He Was Tied Up To A Shrub With A Deep Cut On His Neck, Being Scared And Emaciated! There was a post on Facebook about the puppy. We cancelled all appointments, and went and got the puppy. Then we found him - Victor was tied up to a shrub, hidden from view, emaciated, and with a deep neck wound. His wound is wider than other rope burn cases we’ve had, probably because he kept straining and pulling to get away. Although near a big supermarket, the spot he was tied up at is impossible to see from the street...
