Advanced Power Yoga for Incredible Strength | Breathe and Flow Yoga

This is a strong and advanced 30 minute Breathe and Flow power yoga class for strength. As you know our classes are always on the stronger side but in this one we’re stepping it up a bit. This is based on vinyasa flow yoga, so you’re still connecting your breath to the movements as well as going through a nicely connected sequence but don’t be fooled, it is going to be hard. Power yoga or power flow yoga describes this better, however within even that style there are many differences. This is basically the level Flo is practicing at every day so we hope that you enjoy this strong class just as much as Flo did recording it. We’re both working hard together in this video!
