Hong Kong: Two dead after flash flooding

Two people have been killed and more than 100 injured in Hong Kong after a record amount of rain turned roads into rivers, shut schools and disrupted transport networks. The weather bureau has issued a black rainstorm warning - the first in nearly two years, as Sky’s Asia correspondent Helen Ann-Smith reports.
