The NEW Amtrak Avelia Liberty (Acela 2021) Leaving Washington, DC’s Union Station

Taken July of last year when it first tested in Washington. It was brought down here to be looked at by the mechanical department and then later, it would return to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station for preparation for further testing.
