NOTE: User Tempora158 has informed me that my comment at 34:38 regarding Capcom handling the port of Final Fight CD is inaccurate, it was in fact reprogrammed by Sega (). My research focused on Capcom’s localization and it appears while Capcom isn’t responsible for the port, it was responsible for certain decisions regarding the port. I cannot confirm if these are platform specific or if Sega was using the SNES port as a reference. C
