Kiana fyller 16 år samma dag som hon debuterar i Melodifestivalen och är därmed bland de yngsta artisterna i tävlingens historia. Kiana Blanckert började sjunga och dansa i tidig å mamma är professionell dansare, och Kiana har tagit dansklasser sedan hon var tre år gammal. År 2021 sjöng hon sig till en delad andraplats i Talang. Kiana har också spelat huvudrollen som Pippi på Junibacken och medverkat i föreställningar på Intiman i Stockholm såsom Annie, Ronja Rövardotter och nu senast Emil i Lönneberga. Parallellt med deltagandet i Melodifestivalen är hon i samma lokal en av de två alternerande skådespelarna som har huvudrollen Dorothy i musikalen Trollkarlen från Oz.
