I am joined by Emil Larsen from NCAA D1 college, Wofford University. This session it was just me and him and we wanted to do some distribution, where you had to react to the sound queues. Then we progressed into some diving drills, followed by a game realistic drill, where we passed the ball to the shooter, the shooter took a touch, and finished. We ended up with some crossing and distribution.
