Ukraine as CIA’s operation. The famous Russian director, actor, and public figure Nikita Mikhalkov in his program examines in detail the memorandum of the director and founder of the CIA Allen Dulles, aimed at the collapse of the Soviet Union and Russia. The memorandum dates back to 1948, but its provisions are still clearly visible in the activities of the United States and Western countries against Russia.
