She adds some sugar and salt then whisks those in. She dribbles in some milk from a large bottle. “Quite stirring, isn’t it?“ High angle shot of the bowl. L/S of the chef as she stands at the table whisking the mixture. She places a saucepan on a little portable stove. “In the pot is “cooking“ oil, which must be heated - not boiled, before the biscuit mould can do its work. (It is essential to dip the mould in the oil before the paste.)“ High angle C/U of the mould being dipped into the oil. It is then dipped into the mixture and back into the oil.
