The Well: Teresa talks New Year intentions - Episode 15

A special edition of ‘The Well’ to send off 2021 ✨ I wanted to introduce and touch on the topic of setting “Intentions”. Folk will generally set “New Year Resolutions” or “Goals” however the beauty of intentions is that they take into consideration the whole entire journey. So I invite you to ask yourself the following question? What is my intention(s) for 2022? Making sure you take into account how you want to feel in each of the intentions set. Comment below with any important intentions your are setting for yourself this coming year! I also just wanted to send my love to everyone who is apart from their loved ones or celebrating in a different way this year. New Years can be a little overwhelming, however we built Lovewell to be an inclusive and supportive community.
