Starfield HDR & SDR Looks Awful - Picture Is Washed Out / Elevated Black Levels in HDR & SDR

I changed the title to HDR Looks Awful because the more I test the more I come to the conclusion all this was done on purpose. HDR in Starfield is the worst I have ever seen in a game. SDR is not really either. I will do a follow up Video on this with maybe recommended settings for LG TV’s ASAP.
