Prayers for the Fort Collins Police officer who was shot in the line of duty this afternoon. Colorado: A Fort Collins Police officer and another person were injured in an exchange of gunfire at a cemetery. At approximately 12:41 p.m. Fort Collins Police Services (FCPS) officers responded to a single-vehicle rollover at the intersection of Bryan Ave. and Mountain Ave. The driver exited the vehicle with a firearm and exchanged gunfire with officers, then ran toward Grandview Cemetery. Officers followed the suspect into the cemetery and more gunfire occurred. The officer who was shot was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover.
