(Arranged in co-operation with the Ministry of Transport).“ L/S’s and M/S’s of Sir Malcolm Campbell sitting in a motor racing car, he is watched by crowds of people. Several shots of Campbell on a race track and also footage of one of his land speed record attempts. Campbell then provides the commentary and gives advice to Britain’s road users with examples of the sort of driving that should be avoided. Some of the driving examples seen include driver that do not stop at cross-roads, a car that over takes on a bridge and nearly collides with a car coming the other way.
