’Watchtower’ is a virtual series* based around the character of Chloe Sullivan, from the hit television series ’Smallville’. It centers on her life in Gotham, where she, along with a team of heroes, helps to clean the streets of the corrupted city with the help of the most resourceful weapon in their arsenal: Watchtower.
