“Most of us would be quite content to be able to stand upright on roller skates, apart from tricks like this - “ A man and a woman in great sequinned skating outfits stand in the Pathe Studio with a curtained backdrop - the Lucerne Skaters. The man stands on a circular platform trimmed with a fringe. He wears black trousers and a black hat decorated with sequins and a white shirt. His partner wears a black and white shorts and bustier outfit. The man stands spread-eagled on the platform balancing on his skates.
