Siúil A Rúin is Céleste Walker of Rutland, Vt., playing and singing traditional Irish, Scottish, French-Canadian, Cajun, English and Old Time music on the fiddle bodhran, bones, guitar and tin whistle (but not all at once.) A bit ambiguous operator’s work.. :)
