Pain Free Pregnancy Yoga Daily Class

This sequence is great done daily during your pregnancy. It can prevent or reduce cramps, back pain, restless legs syndrome, e.g. cramps, belly discomfort and pain, pelvic pain or discomfort, hip pain, etc. It has been my saving grace throughout my pregnancy. As long as I do it I am absolutely pain free. If I skip it I do notice discomfort starting to creep up quickly. Do let me know how this sequence works for you.
