I have designed the perfect leg workout without gym equipment needed. You can simply perform this workout at home or anywhere you go really. 4. Single leg Romanian deadlift
5. Bulgarian split squat
6. Bridges
7. Side lunges
8. Wall sit
20 sec in
10 sec out
Repeat twice each exercise
