I wanted to put my own spin on this esoteric genre, and an armored mech suit in WW1 trenches seemed right up my alley! These models are a wonderful blend between armor and figures. You can use every weathering technique known in the armor modelling world yet the shape of the model makes it feel like a scale figure.
