Rio was born with an extremely rare bone condition, Tibial Aplasia. This resulted in the amputation of Rio’s right leg. Six years later, nothing holds Rio back as he chases his ambitions to compete in the 2024 Paralympic games. Watch as he demonstrates his new water-activity prosthetic to Winter, one of his heroes.
