Push / Pull 3 Minute AMRAPS

This is a deceptively hard set up with just a set of Kettlebells and a Pull Up bar. You’ll do 4 x 3 Min AMRAPS Of 3 Strict Pull Ups ***Regress to Assisted Pull Ups or Recline Rows if need be 3 Double KB Thrusters Once 3 minutes is up, you’ll REST for a solid 90 secs then repeat another 3 minute AMRAP. Go for a solid 4 rounds. Push the pace, but be sure to keep your movements high quality. Your SCORE is the total amount of reps completed combined.
