Electro swing dance ~ Keep On Smilin ~ Wolfgang Lohr, Emma Lea, Ashley Slater

Hi! I’m back! I’ve had a rough few weeks and yesterday was my first attempt to dance after spending most of June in bed. I was so sick! I haven’t been that sick in a very long time. But I have been going going going going and finally my body just shut down and hit a wall. Between trying to get my daughter through her first year of homeschooling, working 4 days a week at a theatre company, teaching 6 dance classes a week, learning electro swing, posting to social media, planning summer dance camps and traveling to see friends and family I was forced to sit down. Good news is my daughter passed the sixth grade (I don’t think mom did😂) and I’m back to feeling somewhat normal again! The theatre opened The Little Mermaid successfully, all my students were very patient and understanding and summer dance camp was easily pushed back to July. So here is my first try at dancing again-I was so tired after this and had to really push myself to have some energy but it felt good to move again. I’m g
