Ukraine delegate punches Russian at Black Sea summit in Turkey

A Ukrainian delegate punched a Russian in the face during a gathering of Black Sea nations in Ankara after he snatched away a flag the Ukrainian had unfurled by a video interview with Russia’s lead delegate. Earlier that day Ukrainian delegates also scuffled with security officers as they staged another protest in the assembly.
