Arms with Kristen Nun
- Standing Dumbbell curls alternating: 1x 20 each arm (40 total) (warmup)
- Seated Dumbbell curls: hold one arm in an isometric position and then with the other arm do 7 curls. Then switch arms 7 curls. Then 7 both arms, then sit up and do as many as you can. 4 set of this
- Tricep extensions: 1 arm Pushdowns with cable 15 reps, then 15 reps with arm overhead, then 15 reps from the side. Then switch arms. Do 4 sets of this (watch video to understand lol I know it’s complicated she’s a BEAST!!!)
- Preacher Curls: 4 sets as many reps as possible. Last set dropset
- DIPS Machine: 4x 20 reps (last set dropset)
- Alternating Bicep Curls: 3x 20 each arm (alternate arms)
- Dips Machine again: 4x 25 reps
