Cafe Sketch 🎨 art journaling as a way to heal spiritually

Hi everyone, today I’m sharing with you my afternoon coffee time at Cafe Bambo in Gastown Vancouver. I had fun sketching my coffee and waffle, then the interior space in front of me.
