The road to 40 has started! 5 months of real hardcore old school training. Using plates, barbells and dumbbells to get into the best shape of my life. A combination of old school training splits, regular cardio and serious dieting will take me to a whole new level!!! We have to keep that hardcore old school style alive! Using free weights has become nonexistent with the new school and it’s time to bring it back!
