To get the Magitek Wrench, you need to get 50 Assassin Medallions and trade it in at a Prize Counter during the timed event DLC Assassin’s Festival. Whoever gives the Magitek Wrench to Cindy gets to have a photo with her in the photo booth. Assassin’s Festival is a Assassin’s Creed crossover free DLC.
