80386 DX Build, Ep. 17 - Faster Clock, SPI Working

I implemented a workaround to the issue where I couldn’t initialize the system with a faster clock (MHz ). I now have SPI running and am successfully communicating with an Arduino Nano, which then controls an OLED display and USB serial to my PC.
